Returns: Business and individual.

Warranty covers Factory faults only, covering for the first 30days from receiving your order, does not include collisions with animals, objects or theft. 

If you are unhappy with your order. e.g. ordered the wrong colour, and want to exchange for another, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and a refund for the cover only or exchange will be provided.

Must be within 30 days from receiving the order.

 

Delivery Information: Business Purchase

Our products are available for delivery via courier anywhere. 

Send Purchase orders to sales@spotlightprotection.com.au .You can have the order collected and delivered by your own freight company using your own freight account, or you can choose to have Australian Spotlight Protection organize the delivery for you.

Unless requested to use a specific freight company we will use the most cost-effective option available to us.

In either case, the costs for freight will be calculated and invoiced. If you use your own freight, then you will need to organize and pay for delivery costs directly with your freight company. If you ask us to organize delivery for you then we will obtain a cost for delivery based on your order size and delivery location and invoice.
