Returns: Business and individual.

Products can be returned to Australian Spotlight Protection, provided that they are in their original packaging or box, and you have the original sale receipt.

Shipping costs are not refundable, unless you are returning a product that was defective when it was shipped, or another error has occurred on Australian Spotlight Protection’s part.  

If you are unhappy with your order. e.g. ordered the wrong colour, and want to exchange for another, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Must be within 30 days from receiving the order.

Delivery Information: Business Purchase

Our products are available for delivery via courier anywhere. 

Send Purchase orders to sales@spotlightprotection.com .You can have the order collected and delivered by your own freight company using your own freight account, or you can choose to have Australian Spotlight Protection organize the delivery for you.

Unless requested to use a specific freight company we will use the most cost-effective option available to us.

In either case, the costs for freight will be calculated and invoiced. If you use your own freight, then you will need to organize and pay for delivery costs directly with your freight company. If you ask us to organize delivery for you then we will obtain a cost for delivery based on your order size and delivery location and invoice.
