Disclaimer of Liability:
Australian Spotlight Protection (hereinafter referred to as “ASP”) provides Acrylic Covers (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) for the purpose of protecting and decorating lighting fixtures. By purchasing and using these Products, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

General Use:
- The Products are designed for use with specific lighting fixtures as indicated by ASP. Any use of the Products with non-specified lighting fixtures is at the customer’s own risk.

Compliance with RDA Laws:
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the use of the Products complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Road Design and Assessment (RDA) laws for lighting in Australia. ASP makes no representations or warranties regarding the compliance of the Products with RDA laws.

Installation and Maintenance:
- Proper installation and maintenance of the Products are essential for their effective performance. ASP shall not be liable for any damages or injuries resulting from improper installation or maintenance of the Products.

Limitation of Liability:
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.

Warranty Disclaimer:
- The Products are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, except for a 30-day replacement warranty for factory faults. ASP does not warrant that the Products will meet the customer’s requirements or that their operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Indemnification:
- The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ASP from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the customer’s use of the Products.

Governing Law:
- This Disclaimer of Liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By purchasing and using the Products, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this Disclaimer of Liability.
